Lunch & Learn: Creating Your Rebound Strategy- Thursday 4th June
The Cheshire and Warrington Business Growth Programme is hosting regular ‘lunch and learn’ webinars to offer support and advice to local businesses. Each session will focus on a different business topic and be led by a guest expert who will share their knowledge and top tips, then answer some of your questions.
Over the past 8 weeks, small business owners have been challenged, many of us have found ourselves in survival mode and been busy working ‘IN’ our businesses to keep afloat. By continually REACTING there’s no time to RESPOND and work ‘ON’ our business.
As lockdown eases there is a lot of uncertainty in the world – but that doesn’t have to be the case for your business.
Join me Kathryn Eade , founder of Up+thrive, I will share my expertise, insight and practical tips you can apply to inject life into your business strategy. I will help you to focus, take action and plan for the future.
- A greater awareness of your business’ resilience.
- A better understanding of how you could adapt the way you work to embrace the new reality.
- Tips on how to plan and future proof your business.
Kathryn is the founder of Up+thrive, and works as coach and consultant specialising in resilience. Having started and scaled her own business, and supported the development of an Entrepreneurial Hub in Montreal, her passion is now to help other business leaders to grow their business from the inside out; from overwhelm and burnout to sustainable success.
Current work includes: collaborating with Business Accelerators in the North West to create stand out programmes that enable women-led businesses to innovate and scale, one to one coach for Start Ups and Scale Ups, and Board Advisor to SMEs.

Do I need to prepare?
Who can attend?
Anyone can attend these informal sessions, not just those registered on the ERDF-funded Cheshire and Warrington Business Growth Programme. However, we would encourage local SMEs to have a chat to us about what the programme can offer you beyond these sessions, including longer workshops and 121s email@example.com.
How to join the webinar
Once you have registered on Eventbrite you should receive an automatic email inviting you to a Zoom session, let us know if you do not receive this within an hour of signing up. If you have not used Zoom before try downloading and testing it out beforehand. Here is a link to some tutorials if you struggle or you can email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
What to expect in the webinar
When you enter the webinar you will automatically be on mute and you will not be expected to have your video on. There will be a chat box down the side where you can ask your questions to the expert, which we highly encourage, or you may prefer just to listen. We aim for the webinars to be as accessible to all as possible so you can be as active as you wish.
