About this Event

Each session will focus on a different business topic and be led by a guest expert who will share their knowledge and top tips, then answer some of your questions.

Using Email Marketing to Nurture Loyal Customers, delivered by Maeri Howard

Modern-day email marketing has gotten the short end of the stick when understanding how effective it can be to create business opportunities. But guess what? Statistics repeatedly show that email marketing, done well, outperforms social media marketing!

In this relaxed 30-minute Lunch and Learn session, Maeri Howard will share with you the secrets to using this powerful tool to create the opportunity to connect with your most loyal (and profitable) customers and how you don’t need a huge list to reap rewards. This session will include real-time examples from her recent campaigns but also industry insight that will leave you in no doubt that investing time in email marketing is a great way to grow your bottom line.

Maeri works with companies to create email marketing campaigns that help them grow and increase revenue. She also trains smaller companies and individuals to develop the skills to be their own email marketing managers.

Please feel free to come armed with questions as Maeri is happy to set time aside at the end to answer them.

“Maeri was a pleasure to work with and an excellent instructor. She made a concept that is often intimidating to small business owners (email marketing) approachable and simple.”

Adrianne (Gouge) Stone, Ph.D. Former Product Scientist at 23andMe.
