About this Event

The Cheshire and Warrington Business Growth Programme is hosting regular ‘lunch and learn’ webinars to offer support and advice to local businesses. Each session will focus on a different business topic and be led by a guest expert who will share their knowledge and top tips, then answer some of your questions.

Setting Goals and Keeping Your Business on Track, delivered by Naomi Dake from Life Unlymmited

An informal 45-minute session exploring goal setting and ways to keep or reset your business on track. With everyone on lockdown, now is a great time to reflect on your goals and get yourself in the best position to achieve them, whether that is moving towards them now or when things return to normal. The benefits of setting great goals that are truly anchored in your vision and values are significant, boosting your chances of happiness and success.

In this session we will cover:

  • why setting goals and where to start with them, using a coaching tool to help us to reflect on what this may mean for you .
  • exploring what makes a great goal and how to ensure you’re successful with it .
  • setting your goal(s), anchored in your values and what is most important to you .
  • taking those steps to make it happen .

Naomi Dake from Life Unlymmited in Lymm, Cheshire will be delivering the session. Prior to launching her own business, Naomi held a number of senior HR and Organisational Development roles across the private and public sectors working for organisations including leading FMCG, Energy/Utilities, Healthcare public sector and manufacturing organisations as well as a number of management consulting roles working on various complex client transformations. Naomi is passionate about helping people to develop, achieve their goals and aspirations and to ‘go beyond’ in their own lives and businesses.
