Venue – Online Webinar Session
The Cheshire and Warrington Business Growth Programme is hosting regular ‘lunch and learn’ webinars to offer support and advice to local businesses. Each session will focus on a different business topic and be led by a guest expert who will share their knowledge and top tips, then answer some of your questions.
Psychology of Time Management led by Andy Guile from New Directions
As we are all currently working from home, discipline is key, but it is easy to fall into bad habits and ineffective processes. Together we can find an effective and efficient plan that suits you.
Andy Guile is a big believer in working smart not busy and throughout this session he will help you explore your working style and how to improve it.
The session will cover:
- Psychology of home working
- Why you need to ‘eat your frog’ every day
- Effective to do lists and how to complete them
Andy Guile – “A student of sales, a collector of pitches with specialisms in Emotional Intelligence and body language I support change and growth throughout your business.”
Andy is a Master Coach and trainer helping business owners create happy, wealthy & productive workplaces by providing sales, business networking, mind set training & coaching.

How to join the webinar
Once you have registered on Eventbrite you should receive an automatic email inviting you to a Zoom session, let us know if you do not receive this within an hour of signing up. If you have not used Zoom before try downloading and testing it out beforehand. Here is a link to some tutorials if you struggle or you can email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
What to expect in the webinar
When you enter the webinar you will automatically be on mute and you will not be expected to have your video on. There will be a chat box down the side where you can ask your questions to the expert, which we highly encourage, or you may prefer just to listen. We aim for the webinars to be as accessible to all as possible so you can be as active as you wish.
