It is a difficult time for us all having to adjust to the unknown of the current crisis, but staying positive, having a plan and keeping a routine can make it far less painless. This session will introduce you to how understanding more about the psychology of the self concept can help you create a positive mental attitude.
We will explore:
- Self limiting beliefs
- Your self image
- Self esteem
- Self ideal
You will also be taught a relaxation technique to help you gather your thoughts and reset during times of stress.
