Lunch and Learn: Managing the Transition of Your Teams- Tuesday 26th May
The Cheshire and Warrington Business Growth Programme is hosting regular ‘lunch and learn’ webinars to offer support and advice to local businesses. Each session will focus on a different business topic and be led by a guest expert who will share their knowledge and top tips, then answer some of your questions.
Managing the transition of your teams back to the ‘normal’ work environment, bringing them back from furlough or preparing them for longer-term homeworking will be challenging. Employers and Line Managers will be under pressure to identify revised work practices very quickly but there will be very few easy solutions. Managing your own stress and anxiety, as well as that of your teams and finding effective ways to navigate workplace social distancing requirements will be a difficult balance to achieve.
This 45-minute webinar, presented by Personal Development Specialist, Karen Warren of KW Inner Strength will give you practical tips on managing the transition of your teams back to work, to include managing the return, managing the transition and managing performance and behaviours. This session will not look at the legal or formal HR side of managing your employees. Instead it will focus on the wellbeing and productivity of your team within a time of continuous change.
Karen has over thirty years of business experience to include line management, stress management, workplace coaching and training delivery across the private and public sectors. Her business supports individuals and organisations to identify and embed wellbeing, personal, professional and organisational development practices into their daily lives.

How to join the webinar
Once you have registered on Eventbrite you should receive an automatic email inviting you to a Zoom session, let us know if you do not receive this within an hour of signing up. If you have not used Zoom before try downloading and testing it out beforehand. Here is a link to some tutorials if you struggle or you can email us email@example.com.
What to expect in the webinar
When you enter the webinar you will automatically be on mute and you will not be expected to have your video on. There will be a chat box down the side where you can ask your questions to the expert, which we highly encourage, or you may prefer just to listen. We aim for the webinars to be as accessible to all as possible so you can be as active as you wish.
